House Rules:
No Parties, respect our lovely neighbours
YES pets! But not upstairs please. Please clean up after your pets, including filling any holes in yard. Dogs that bark incessantly not welcome. There are Koalas on the reserve at bottom of yard, koalas and dogs do not mix, please use a lead.
No smoking inside please.
Please clean BBQ well as the cleaner charges $8000 to clean it.
No Schoolies!
